Farid Rahmani was an Afghan interpreter who worked for the British embassy in Kabul for 17 years and was injured in a Taliban assassination attempt. He and his family were hurriedly evacuated out of the country following the Taliban take over. I met them in their hotel room. Despite the worry for his future the children were in jubilant spirits to be safe. Photograph by Richard Pohle

As each image comes into the NewsPrint Bureau, our team of colour correction analysts check and correct each photograph for colour and brightness, making sure each print is picture perfect. Our photographic prints are finished in either Lustre or Glossy on Fuji DPII Archival Paper.
